Hamilton History Centre members have access to the original copies of the Hamilton Spectator, housed at the paper's archives. We are able to research for specific enquiries in these papers which are otherwise not accessible to the general public. Research of the Hamilton Spectator newspapers can only be undertaken if a date, month or year can be provided. Research fees apply.

The more specific you can be, the easier it will be for us to locate what you are looking for. There may be a fee associated with searching for information. REQUESTWhile the Hamilton History Centre has in its ownership many unique records, photographs and manuscripts, we may not always own copyrights. As such we may or may not be able to provide you with direct copies without first gaining permission of the copyright owner. This may incur additional fees.
